Gwangju FC Recruit 'Big Prospect' FW Lee Jae-hwan

Professional football Gwangju FC has a large prospect who will be responsible for the future of the club.

Gwangju announced on the 10th that it signed a contract with striker Lee Jae-hwan (18) who was a representative of each age group. 

Lee Jae-hwan, a 2006 striker from Kwangsung Middle School and Daegun High School, began to make a name for himself by scoring 12 league goals in the first half of K-League Junior Group A when he was a third grader at Kwangsung Middle School.

Even after going to high school, he continued his steady performance and contributed to the team's runner-up finish at the 2023 AFC U-17 Asian Cup.
